As legal counsel for Tara Institute, it is imperative to delineate our Fee Refund Policy in a manner that upholds legal standards while ensuring clarity for both students and their guardians.
In the event of a student opting to discontinue their enrollment in any of our complete, regular, or revision courses, Tara Institute initiates a refund process. However, it is crucial to note that the refund amount is subject to deduction, considering the tuition fee charged on a per-hour basis. This deduction aligns with regulatory frameworks governing educational refunds and underscores our commitment to legal compliance.
Furthermore, it is essential to understand the following points:
Additionally, after 5 days of admission, the fee becomes non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability within our educational system.
Tara Institute maintains a transparent fee structure meticulously tailored to the specific requirements of diverse competitive examinations. It is imperative for students and their guardians to comprehend the fee structure to make informed decisions:
Tara Institute is unwavering in its dedication to fostering student success. Recognizing the invaluable prospects associated with achievement, we opt for a conventional course fee structure rather than a per-hour fee. This strategic approach not only facilitates financial clarity but also underscores our commitment to nurturing academic accomplishment. The rationale behind the fee structure considers the goodwill, name, and fame of our institution, resulting in a fee structure that is significantly lower than the per-hour rate.
In alignment with legal and ethical principles, Tara Institute exercises prudence in the utilization of student success profiles. Students who have only attended a limited number of classes will not have their achievements utilized for promotional purposes. This practice ensures that our success narratives accurately represent the accomplishments of students who have completed our courses in their entirety.
It is incumbent upon Tara Institute to ensure that our Fee Refund Policy is comprehensible to both students and their guardians. Through clear communication and accessibility, we endeavor to empower stakeholders with the requisite understanding to navigate the refund process effectively.
Tara Institute imposes a non-refundable Admission Registrant Fee of ₹5500. This fee secures the student's place in the batch and ensures optimal learning conditions with limited class sizes. Furthermore, if a student fails to join the batch within 5 days from the starting date, the institute reserves the right to cancel their admission and fill the vacancy with another student. In such instances, the Admission Registrant Fee will not be refunded.
In the scenario where a student opts to discontinue their course, the refund amount is calculated solely based on the per-hour coaching fee. If the calculated amount exceeds the initial payment made by the student, the institute reserves the right to request the outstanding amount. This ensures that Tara Institute can recoup the investment made in the student's success, which would have been potentially realized through indirect marketing references.
Tara Institute's Fee Refund Policy is not only legally sound but also transparent and accessible to students and their guardians. As guardians of legal compliance, we remain steadfast in our commitment to integrity and fairness in all our operations.
